Never salt the stew when cooking it with potatoes. Potatoes will draw the salt out of water. What is your one best pice of advice, handiest hint or secret in the kitchen?
if you are a husband , stay out, any distraction can spoil a cake, biscuits or even a meal, always ask permission just say 'need any help dear.'and wait for a reply
Clean and wash dishes bowls and measuring cups etc as you go, Nothing worse I think than a huge sink full of dishes and pots and pans after your all done and want to relax but your now facing the dishes GL
Learn to cook the best meals at the least cost. Buy the toughest meat...veggies and flour. If your dating and have kids, make crepes. Desserts are not my forte but learn them..practise makes perfect
