Advice on whether to get camera fixed or to replace it?

I have a Sony Cyber-shot camera and a few weeks ago, i dropped it accidentally and the lense broke. It still works fine, it's just it can't take pictures obviously and only black appears on the screen. I bought it from Best Buy and would obviously get it fixed there. How much would it be to get a new lense or would it just make sense to just buy a new camera?Advice on whether to get camera fixed or to replace it?
Well that would depend on the price of repair actually. Repair isn't cheap but sometimes it is still quite cheaper then replacing the whole camera. Just get a quote on how much it would take to repair it. But yeah if it is a camera up to $250 probably the repair is to expensive.
