What advice would you give a shy, fat quiet girl to become athletic outgoing girl?

I am a freshman in high school and was wanting a change. I am fat, shy, quiet, not athletic girl. i was wondering if there is any advice that someone could give me to become a athletic, outgoing, skinny, bubbly person. What advice would you give a shy, fat quiet girl to become athletic outgoing girl?
Rollerskating is fun! Hang out at roller derby games and really get into the game. You'll meet a lot of fun people and maybe you can do the sport one day.

Roller Derby is really popular now ever since that movie ';Whip It';What advice would you give a shy, fat quiet girl to become athletic outgoing girl?
First of all, you have just begun highschool and many changes are beginning. First, respect your self for the intelligent, kind, loving person that you are, and never make changes for anyone, but yourself.

Next, select ONE sport that you would really enjoy and that would not interfere with your academics, and play it. Eat properly, but don't overeat your sweets etc.

The magical thing about this time, is that as you move through highschool and grow and change, that you will evolve into a taller, thinner, more self assured young woman. Make changes slowly, love yourself, and stay as kind as you are.

You will reach those butterfly days without ever needing to be cruel or hateful, or without starving yourself.

Very best wishes.
You must be a troll, if your question is serious, I shall honor it and answer it as so... if you want to lose weight, then during Gymnastics, don't sit on the bench, but run or walk if you have to, ask to do a additional lap... join a sport... for the shyness... I am a loner myself, and I haven't conquered the problem myself, but try finding a Social Butterfly and ask her to introduce you to her many, many, endless friends, since that is their job after all, to make all loners into socials... or try to find your on friends by joining clubs and activities... the Athletic thing is stated in the fat part... good luck, for I had the same problems as you.
try to lose weight to build up enough confidence.. from there you can become the other things that you wanna be. i think you're shy because you're not comfortable with your appearance. no offense but, losing weight will make you healthy and happy. don't starve yourself, eating a balanced healthy diet coupled with exercise will help very much.

also, it depends on how fat you think you are. some girls just say they're fat when thy're actually not. you should measure you BMI regularly. if yours is %26gt;25 then you're overweight and you should watch it. if you wanna become athletic, start with 15mins of jogging every few days and slowly increase the frequency and prolong the duration. this will increase your stamina and endurance.

try this link and read facts about nutrition, which will help you alot. eat in small portions but frequent (5times a day), and exercise at least 3times a week for about 30mins or more. good luck :D all the best. my sister is a nutritionist so she tells me this alot. stay positive ok! :D
Exercise and eat healthy. I know that sounds horribly cliched, but it will make a difference in the long run.

As for overcoming your shyness and being more outgoing, that is going to take some time and effort. I have the same issue. Just force yourself to start a conversation with someone you think will respond kindly, and go from there. You have to push yourself. Just work on it little by little each day and you should do fine.
Stop eating 6 chickens for lunch.

Stop playing video games a bunch.

Find something else to do.

Other than sit on the couch and chew.

Put a sign on your fridge that says:

Those that endulge...Bulge!

Good luck!

first you have to be skinny in your mind. i heard that corn flakes is a great source for a diet. put your self on a schedule and follow it, you should lose the pounds quickly because your young. the rest will come naturally.
I will recommend you to walk for a hour without drinking water and go to a park for that thing!
Join a sports team! That way you get exercise and are forced to interact with people!
