Need advice about how to convince my friend to take her dog to the vet?

My friend adopted a dog about 5 weeks ago. It was about 6 months old and had never been to the vet. It's had diarrhea, vomiting, and apparently worms, in the last week or so. It also has super funky breath - like dead things funky. I've tried to tell her that she needs to take the dog to the vet, but she doesn't seem to understand that it really does need to go. How can I convince her that it's important to the health of the dog to get it to the vet?Need advice about how to convince my friend to take her dog to the vet?
Tell her to either take the dog to the vet or take it back to the humane society. If she can't take her new dog that is obviously having problems to the vet to be looked at and treated then she does not need a dog. Not only that but it is animal abuse for her not to be doing this.

honestly if that was me i swear id steal that dog and take it to the vet. id even pay because thats suffering it doesnt need to go thru. of course id give it back if they were willing to do what they needed. i think you should tell her thats not normal behavior and the dog can become sick, dehydrated and may even die.
Tell her just think if that was you would you want to suffer like that or tell her if she want take em tell her if she gave you the dog you will i strongly agree with you he needs to go NOW!!!!! he just may have the very contagouise deases parvo the very begining of it can still be treated IF YOU HURRY please dont let her let that baby SUFFER!!!! Tell your friend that she needs to ascess the dog's situation. Have her take the dog's food away for 24 hours. She should buy some over the counter worming medication, and administer it to the dog. Also, she needs to brush the dog's teeth with toothpaste made for dogs.
well i would tell her she needs to take her puppy to the vet or else it could die! the vet can look at it and see if it is sick or not. i would think she would want her puppy to be healthy and live a long happy life!
