What advice do you have for the Green and Libertarian parties?

Mine:


Green party: focus on Berkeley and northern CA, Seattle, and Vermont and try to get people elected to city councils, county commissions and the state house, then work your way up to congress.





Libertarians: focus on AZ, WY, NH, and MT and try to get people elected to city councils, county commissions and the state house, then work your way up to congress.

You are right on don't waste money on the presidential election.





Get local support first. Then work up.





Part of the problem with the smaller party platforms is they tend to focus on just a couple issues rather than an overall platform. That can work in the regional races and even up in to congressional but for anything higher you need a well rounded platform.
No chance of winning any election other than statewide elections, they do not have a base nationwide to garner delegates or electoral votes (because of the 2 party system) for the presidential.





I agree with the answer above mine, they are in the race for Dems and Reps to scurry the votes in the Dem and Rep parties.
Your last sentence contains the key word, ';money';. Unfortunately, money somehow equates ';dirty'; in a two party system. (filthy rich ?). In order to compete the party needs cash. I'd say focus on building a war chest, be patient till the right candidate comes along (?). Rebuilt your core values (based on some Ralph Nader ideas, but, adopt them as your own (?) Seek the support of Nobel Peace Prize winners %26amp; other intellectuals. You need to sell baby sell !

He supports pro-environmental policies -- that's good for the greens.





He authored the Google-for-Goverment Bill that helps ordinary citizens keep track of where their tax money is being spent -- that's good for libertarians.





He's the best candidate, period.
Green party= Gang Green....... Go Hug a tree and don't bother voting.


Libertarians= Mess........ Vote for Mccain. you don't have a candidate whith legs.
Vote Obama. He is boss.
